If you're seeing this screen, and you think you should be looking at a list of dashboards to which you have access, there could be a couple of things going on. A) We could have removed your account due to a change in the terms of service, or B) you may be logged into the wrong Facebook account.
Did we remove your account?
When CrowdTangle was acquired by Facebook), our Terms of Service changed (around January, 2017). All of our users had a few months to accept the new terms of service, after which, we removed accounts that did not. This was to protect the privacy and data of our users. Not to worry! It's easy to get access again. Either reach out to a co-worker who has access or shoot us an email. We'll get it sorted in no time.
You may be logged into the wrong Facebook Account
Could you be logged into a work Facebook account or a co-workers? Each user in our system is tied to the Facebook account he or she initially logged in with. Make sure you're logged into the correct account. If you're not, clear your browser cookies and return to CrowdTangle. You'll be prompted to log in to Facebook again. If all goes well, you should see your dashboards!
